Mrs. Smelley lives in Centreville, AL with her family. After teaching at Woodstock Elementary in north Bibb for three years, Mrs. Smelley has been teaching at what is now called Centreville Middle School for four years. Mrs. Smelley earned her undergraduate and Masters degree from the University of Montevallo. This is Mrs. Smelley's first year to teach 6th grade reading and she is very excited.
Outside of school, Mrs. Smelley's daughter, Kalli, keeps her very busy with piano, voice, cheerleading, gymnastics, and softball. Mrs. Smelley enjoys reading, walking for excersice, shopping, and attending University of Alabama football games. Roll Tide Roll!!! She also serves as the pianist at her church near her parents' home in Lawley, AL.
